    • Examples of Personal Information collected: first name and surname, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.
    • Purpose of collection: to take your orders, to provide products or services to you, to execute our contract, to process your payment information, to arrange for shipping, and to provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, to process returns of orders, to send notifications of delivery status and delivery related problems, to help finalize the purchase if you have not checked out and completed your order, to communicate with you, to provide customer support, to collect and evaluate consumer reviews, to create and manage your personal account, to screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, to provide you with the information or advertising relating to our products or services.

    • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy), sales channels, payment gateways, shipping and fulfilment apps such as Omniva Shipping, Growave, and other external service providers related to the services on our Site and participating in our transaction with you. 

    E-banking payments in our shop are processed by using the makecommerce.lt platform managed by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. No .: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.

    Credit or debit card payments in our shop are processed by using the Stripe payment software solution managed by Stripe Inc (510 Townsend Street San Francisco, CA 94103 United States), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Stripe Inc.

    MINORS

    The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

    SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

    We may use the services of external service providers to help us provide our services to you, to execute our contracts with you and meet our business needs.
