We do our best to ensure that your online shopping experience on www.bohomey.com is convenient, smooth, and safe, so we have developed these Terms and Conditions, which explain the rights and obligations of the Parties, the principles of sale, purchase, payment, delivery and return of products.
Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before placing your order at www.bohomey.com. By placing an order or using any part of the site, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

The websitewww.bohomey.comis owned and ooperated by UAB MONARTUS, established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 304816858, registered office Vytauto pr. 56, Kaunas 44237, Lithuania (hereinafter – Company). These Terms and Conditions govern the offer and sale of products on the websitewww.bohomey.com(hereinafter – Online shop). Products available at the Online shop are directly sold by the Company.
The Company is exempt from any liability if the Buyer has failed to read these Terms and Conditions in part or in full, even though he has been provided such an opportunity.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. The updates are posted on the Online shop website. The Terms and Conditions specified on the Online shop website at the time when the Buyer places an order will apply to that order. Therefore, the Company recommends checking the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes or every time the Buyer places an order.
The Online shop is hosted by Shopify Inc. using their online e-commerce platform.
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
The products for sale at the Online shop are offered to adult users of the website who have reached the age of majority, and to legal persons (hereinafter – the Buyer). By registering or placing an order through the website, the Buyer unconditionally confirms that he has the right to buy from the Online shop and is legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
To make purchases at the Online shop, the Buyer will be required to provide their personal details. In particular, the Buyer must provide their real name, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, the Buyer will be required to provide payment details that are both valid and correct and to confirm that the Buyer is the person specified in the Billing Information.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
All products, prices, features, specifications, promotions, discounts, offers, pictures, and other information on the Online shop website are subject to change at any time, and the Company reserves the right to make any such changes without prior notice to the Buyer.
Occasionally there may be information on the Online shop website or in the related service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. The Company reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website of Online shop is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after submission of an order).
The Company is under no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Online shop website or in the related service, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the website of Online shop, should be taken to indicate that information has been modified or updated.
The displayed colours of the products that appear at the Online shop may differ from the actual colours. As computer monitors vary, the Company cannot guarantee that the Buyer’s computer will accurately display the colours.
Products are available while supply lasts. The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any Buyer.
PRODUCT PRICES, SHIPPING FEES, TAXES, AND CUSTOM DUTIES
Prices for the products and shipping fees displayed at the Online shop are subject to change without prior notice.
For orders placed within the European Union, all prices include the applicable value-added tax (VAT) rate. If an order is being delivered outside of the EU, VAT will not be charged, however the selling price will remain the same.
Shipping fees are not included into the price and will be added to an order during the checkout process, if applicable. Shipping fees depend on the shipping method, the size/weight of the package and the shipping destination.
Products purchased at the Online shop are shipped from Lithuania (EU). Deliveries outside the EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or sales taxes. The price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties.
The Company is not responsible for any customs fees and/or import duties the Buyer might incur, or delivery delays due to customs procedures. Unfortunately, the Company has no control over these delays or charges and cannot inform the Buyer what the cost may be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, the Company recommends contacting the local customs office for information before ordering.
Should the Buyer refuse to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, the Buyer shall assume full liability for all the costs involved in the process. Refusal of delivery is subject to Eur 5 (LT), Eur 15 (EU countries) and Eur 20 (rest of the world) return processing fee.
The refusal of the package will not invalidate any Duty and Tax invoice that has been issued to the Buyer following the importation of the package. If a courier company charges the Company for unpaid duties and taxes, the Company will set off this amount against the refund.
If the Buyer is requesting a refund for an item that they paid duty for, the Company will be unable to refund the duty as it is not collected by the Company.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders for products are subject to availability. The tailoring and delivery time for different products may differ. Some products are available in stock at the Online shop and can be dispatched immediately, other products may be available for pre-orders ‒ it is clearly specified in the product description. Tailoring and dispatch of some products may take up to 2 weeks. The Buyer will be charged for pre-orders when the order is placed. If an order includes items that are not pre-ordered, it will be shipped when the pre-ordered item is ready. If this does not work for the Buyer, a separate order for pre-orders should be placed.
In case there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or products are no longer in stock, or if for any reason the Company is unable to execute an order, the Company will inform the Buyer at the earliest opportunity. If the payment has been already received by the Company for such an order, the received amount will be refunded to the Buyer.
The Company reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. The Company does not warrant that the appearance, model, quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by the Buyer will meet their expectations.
PLACING, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
To place an order, the Buyer must follow the online purchasing procedure. The Buyer agrees to provide valid, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at the Online shop. The Buyer agrees to promptly update their account and other information, including email address, credit card number and expiration date, so that the Company can complete the transaction and contact the Buyer as needed.
The Buyer is legally bound by their order from the moment they accept the online offer of the Company and the conditions thereby determined have been satisfied (once the order has been placed and payment confirmed at the Online shop).
After placing an order, the Buyer will get an immediate confirmation of the order to the email address that the Buyer has provided. This acknowledgement does not mean that the order has been accepted. The order is only deemed to have been accepted by the Company, when it notifies the Buyer by sending an email confirming that the products have been dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, the Buyer will receive an email indicating its tracking number to check the status of the shipment.
The Company accepts credit or debit card and e-banking payments.Payments are available in Euros. By submitting the payment, the Buyer confirms that they own the payment card and the provided payment details are both valid and correct. Payment cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the Buyer’s payment card refuses to or does not authorize payment, the Company will not be liable for any rejection or delay of the purchase.
Credit or debit card payments are processed using the Stripe payment platform.
E-banking payments can be made by using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services. Payments are available in Euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
Products purchased at the Online shop are shipped from Lithuania (EU). The Company aims to dispatch orders as fast as possible and in that order in which they have been placed. An order will be processed and shipped within 1- 3 business days of the purchase, except if specified otherwise. A dispatch of pre-order or made to order items may take up to 2 weeks – it is clearly specified in each product description.
Delivery time depends on a shipping method selected by the Buyer and may vary depending on the delivery area. Delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. The Buyer should check the delivery time to the shipping destination at the checkout. Although the Company tries to deliver within the aforementioned timeframe, delivery may take longer in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical malfunction, holiday season, customs clearance procedures by authorities of a destination country, etc.).
The Company is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Also, the Company does not assume responsibility for mis-delivery by a carrier or incorrect shipping info. The Company does not refund shipping fees or pay shipping for uncollected packages.
The risk for and ownership of the ordered products shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery.
ORDER CANCELATION, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
The Company starts processing an order immediately after it is placed, so the Company cannot guarantee that order cancellation will be possible. For changing or cancelling an order, the Buyer should contact the Company by email@example.com.
The Buyer has up to 14 days from the date of delivery of an order to return the product. The Buyer has the right to receive a refund, provided that the returned products are in the same condition as they were received. This means that the products must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than trying them on) and that any original labels or tags are attached to the product. Products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the Buyer and the return shipping costs will be charged. The Company does not offer a free return service. All return shipping costs are at the Buyer’s expense. Original shipping charges, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
There is no need to email the Company prior to returning an order ‒ return date will be marked once the returned package is delivered to and accepted by a courier or a post office. In case of return, the Buyer should complete the return form(download the return form (EN), download the return form (LT)that could be found in the original packaging or on the website of the Online shop and send it together with the returned products.
The product that the Buyer wishes to return should be packed in the original packaging (all other shipping labels should be removed from the box) and sent to the Company via a courier of the Buyer’s choice or to the indicated self-service parcel terminal.
The Company recommends returning products via registered or traceable postal services as product return remains the responsibility of the Buyer until received by the Company. The Company takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. Items lost in transit are not eligible for a refund.
Upon receipt of the returned products, the Company will fully examine them and notify the Buyer of their right to a refund via email no later than within 14 days of receiving the returned products and the completed Return Form. If the Buyer does not hear from the Company within 14 days, they should contact the Customer Service team firstname.lastname@example.org. The Buyer must keep the proof of shipment with the tracking number until the refund is made.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed as soon as possible. The refund may take up to 14 days to appear in the Buyer’s account, depending on the bank or credit card issuer. The Company will provide a refund in the form of payment originally used for the purchase unless the Buyer has explicitly requested something else in the refund request.
Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs, customs duties, and additional sales taxes). The Company reserves the right to reduce the refund to compensate for any loss it may have incurred during the return process.
The Company does not make refunds to third parties.
Sample sale items, custom made, custom size and personalised products as well as gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned and no options for a refund are available.
The Company can offer an exchange service at Online shop. If the Buyer wishes to change a product received, the Buyer should return it for an exchange in 14 days from the shipping date. The items returned for an exchange must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. The Buyer must fill in the Return form and indicate the size or colour he wish to change the purchase to. If the Company has the requested size or colour, it will send an exchange to the Buyer. If the product is sold out The Company will make a refund and inform the Buyer about that. The Buyer can email at email@example.com or phone before returning a product for an exchange, so the Company could check the product availability and confirm the Buyer a possibility of an exchange.
The Company aims to offer the most beautiful high quality products, but if despite all quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect or another kind of fault with the item received, the Buyer should contact the Customer Service team firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the fault as well as the Buyer’s personal and order details. The team will work with the Buyer to resolve the claim as soon as possible.

The Company is the owner of the Online shop website and its contents, including but not limited to the images, texts, music, design, and software. The contents of the website as well as the trademarks owned by the Company are protected by intellectual property rights. Any use of Company’s trademarks, website, and its contents, including reproducing, copying, or storing such content in whole or part, for commercial purposes without the express written permission of the Company is strictly prohibited.
The Company warrants that the products purchased at the Online shop will be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for purpose for which the products of that nature are commonly supplied. The Company’s liability regarding any product acquired at the Online shop is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. The Company will not accept any liability for indirect losses regardless of their origin.
The accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on the Online shop website is not guaranteed or warranted. The Company shall not be liable for any reliance on any of the information on the website, nor shall it be liable to any person for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on the Online shop website.
The Company cannot guarantee that colours of the products displayed at the Online shop will be true to life. The Company cannot be held responsible for variations in colours since this depends partly on the colour settings of the Buyer’s monitor and computer.
The Online shop website may contain links to other websites maintained by third parties and beyond the Company’s reach. The Company cannot be held liable for the content or privacy policies of such websites.
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Company and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between the Buyer and the Company, whether written or oral. Both the Buyer and the Company represent that, by entering into this contract, neither the Buyer nor the Company has relied upon any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between the Buyer and the Company prior to such contract.
Applicable laws may require that some information should be provided in writing. When using the website, the Buyer accepts that communication with the Company will be mainly electronic. For contractual purposes, the Buyer agrees to this electronic means of communication and acknowledges that all communication that the Company provides electronically complies with any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms and Conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
